  • Work with your board, treasurer and financial committees to develop budgets

  • Maintain your association's financial records in QuickBooks 

  • Produce financial reports

  • Handle check preparation

  • Work with your accountant on tax return/audit

  • Fundraise

  • Bring in new sponsors, grants and other needed revenue

DB Management will:

  • Provide a friendly, professional and knowledgeable first point of contact for your members and interested parties

  • Respond to all member requests in a timely manner

  • Serve as your association's headquarters and offer a permanent mailing address and office

  • Handle all your day-to-day association needs

  • We offer each of our clients a dedicated phone line answered in their association's name; fax and voicemail

  • Skillfully handle all aspects of conference and trade show planning be it face to face or virtual

  • Manage site selection and contract negotiations

  • Manage special events - galas, awards, golf etc
